Netrender Messenger is a web messenger and PWA for chats, push notifications, audio and video calls.

Google user data

If a user signs in with Google, Netrender Messenger requests only basic OpenID Connect scopes: openid, email, and profile. We use Google user data only to sign the user in, create or update the user's local account, and display the user's name, email, and avatar inside the messenger.

Data collected

Account data such as username, display name, email, avatar, and external provider identifier.
Chat data such as messages, participants, timestamps, and delivery status.
Push subscription data required for browser/PWA notifications.
Call metadata such as participants, call type, and start/end events. Audio and video content is not recorded by our server.
Technical logs such as IP address, User-Agent, errors, and activity events.

How data is used

Data is used to authenticate users, deliver messages, provide notifications and calls, secure the service, diagnose errors, and improve reliability.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data or Google user data. Data may be processed by technical providers required to operate the service, by authentication providers selected by the user, or when required by law.

Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, and server-side security practices to protect user data.

Retention and deletion

Users can request account and data deletion by emailing main@netrender.ru with their account login or email.
